Family-test service terms
Effective November 3, 2026. Print Genie by Form Foundry offers custom STL design and small-run 3D printing. Supported digital designs and revisions are handled by the Print Genie AI; physical printing and shipping are handled by the business. Submitting an idea does not instantly generate a model or charge a card.
Review and price. A simple custom STL design starts at $19 and includes up to three revisions to the agreed original brief. Larger or complex requests need a separate agreed scope and price. Physical prints start at $29 and are priced separately. We review feasibility, dimensions, material stock and delivery before enabling payment. Prices are in USD; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Card payments use Stripe’s secure hosted checkout.
Delivery. Design timing is confirmed with your approved scope. The AI may build and check a private candidate during feasibility review. Your model preview and STL are delivered through your private order page after verified payment. AI responses are asynchronous and depend on the design service being online. Printing begins after design approval and verified print payment. U.S. shipping is included in the approved print price. We aim to dispatch within three days of print approval and payment, with estimated delivery in 7–10 days. These are estimates; any change is communicated on your order page.
Revisions. Use the revision form on your private order page to send changes directly to the AI. Up to three changes to the original design are included, processed one at a time. The page shows your remaining allowance. A different object or a changed project scope may need a new quote. Fixes for our mistakes or an unusable delivered file do not use your revision allowance.
Cancellations and problems. You can cancel before work starts for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the agreed request, we refund it. After custom work or printing begins, contact us through your order page so we can review the work completed and resolve the problem. Report an incorrect, damaged or unusable delivery through the same page; we will arrange a correction, replacement or refund as appropriate. Stripe refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take time to appear.
Your files and measurements. Only submit files you own or have permission to use. Check dimensions and units carefully. Samples and screen colors are approximate. Functional parts require your own suitability checks; this family service does not certify medical, food-contact or safety-critical components.
Privacy
We use your email, design brief, messages and uploaded file to review and fulfill your request. Your design brief, design-related messages and model specifications are processed using OpenAI’s Codex service to create and revise your model. The design work queue excludes your contact email and Stripe billing details. Do not put sensitive personal information in a design request. Stripe processes card details; Print Genie does not receive full card numbers. Stripe may share payment confirmation and shipping information with us to fulfill the order. Our website and files are hosted by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.
Estimate-only uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed when the quoting service next runs. When you submit a print request, we preserve a separate order copy so it remains available for review and production. Submitted briefs, order files and messages are retained for fulfillment and support. Send removal requests through your private order page; payment records may need to be retained for business requirements.
Your private order link provides access to your request and delivery. Keep it private. This browser stores your order access key locally so you can return. The owner’s personal contact information is not published on this website.
